Our corporate wellbeing practitioners assist your business to increase productivity with seated massages, group yoga and group meditation & relaxation. These help boosts staff morale, manages stress and creates a positive environment and team cohesiveness. We also help delegates at MICE events focus, deal with fatigue and be receptive to information.

We offer the opportunity to offset your travel carbon emissions through bulk purchase of tree planting through Green Fleet; our leaflets and business cards are printed with soy-based inks on recycled paper through solar power printing; our regions are accessible by public transport; and we use organic and local produce and products where possible.

From the Founder:
I have always loved getting away and relaxing in beautiful places. In fact, I lived a constant holiday lifestyle for 15 years as a professional travel and wellbeing writer and loved every minute.
During this time I fine-tuned what I loved most. Founding Wellbeing Holidays & Corporate Services emerged out of a passion to provide relaxation, time and nurturing for anyone escaping from ‘it all’, as well as inspiration, transformation and motivation for those who are working.
Wellbeing Holidays & Corporate Services is both a reflection of my 20 years in the wellbeing and corporate industries and my time researching and reporting on spas and relaxation holidays.
